    Default just dynamated 2Bs

Put a fair amount on the four drivers but left it off the passives. I am thinking the might be some benefit to letting them vibrate a bit.
    Thoughts?

What benefit? The only thing you want vibrating is the cone or flat disk of the PR. Metal resonates and/or rings at different frequencies. You don't want those odd sounds making there way out through the PR and muddying thing up.

You need a set of Larry's rings. Not only will that solve the screw threads issue, it makes a vast improvement in sound quality......quite amazing really.

Larry's rings or Hurricane Nuts and Machine Screws. Both very effective.

    Excellent!

The rings or Hurricane nut results are far more impressive.
