The marketing babble explains nothing as usual with this kind of product, but the reviewers like the ones they've tried.

Cheap and painless to try a fuse chip and then move on from there if it works. I like the Cable Co.'s offer on the Hi-Fi tuning fuses with the free chip. I may try that one.

I have some on all my Hi-Fi tuning fuses Jesse. They seemed to make a positive difference to me. More focused and slightly less grainy high end and slightly better bass. Clarity was improved by a fair amount. Didn't notice any effect on the soundstage at all (but I know some other reviewers said they improved the soundstage).

I would really like to try the ones for yorur speakers. Currently I have too many SACD's I want to buy to spend the money on the Chips for my 2.3TL's howevever. Maybe in the future.

Did you add them to the fuses or did they come that way?

No, I added them to the fuses (except the "Supreme" fuses I have). The AC input fuses in my VK-200 and VK-3i are both "supreme" fuses which reportedly have the quantum technology included in the fuse itself. I added them to all the "gold" fuses inside the amp, DAC, Theta Jade and Denon DVD-5910 (SACD).

(So I should say on all my fuses except the "Supreme" fuses).

Edit: I should add that they didn't widen or deepen the soundstage (that I noticed), but they did improve the imaging (making more pintpoint).

Edit #2: YES, this is a scoffers dream right here.............

This is an interesting thread since I am learning something new. I am a big believer in tweaks having a big impact after both doing vibration minimization and AC power cleansing in both my stereo and HT system. However, to be honest I am still a skeptic with this tweak.

Yeah, I can see why some would be skeptical. I know from past comments you made that you said you believe there are things at work in cable wires at the quantum level and that's the difference cables can make. The same can be true for these "chips". Although, I have to honestly say that I do not understand the reasoning or logistics of how the "chips" do what they do. I can say that I heard an improvement in the audio I heard. It was as real as the MIT Terminator wire I installed for my Dreadnought that Jesse sold to me. I would not say it was as big of an improvement as the MIT wire. But I did notice a difference. I think the makers of the WA-Quantum "chips" knew there would be major skeptics and scoffers of these "chips" and that's why they offere a money back offer on them. Try it for yourself. If you don't notice anything, send 'em back. Simple as that......
