Default Surroundbar SDA fried circuit board

There is a distinct black burned spot on the main circuit board. I am in Canada and the warranty has expired. Is there a place to get a replacement?

    Hello,
Welcome to Polk's forum, I'm sorry there's a problem. It would be best to contact Polk's Canadian manager, Walter Moser at: wmoser@polkaudio.com and you can email Polk's main CS department at: polkcs@polkaudio.com with a telephone number of 1-800-377-7655.
I'm sure they'll be able to help you out.
    Regards, Ken

You keep response times to 5 minutes and Polks' CS rep is gonna be ruined forever!

    Amazing, seriously.
So, are you willing to put forth a little effort or are you happy sitting in your skeptical poo pile?

    Hello Kenneth,
My RT3000 plate amp has a fried spot on the circuit boaord, the smaller one, NOT the one with the capacitors. Can it be repaired? Sorry, I don't mean to hijack the thread.
    Frank.

    Hi chef,
It's probably best to begin with Polk CS, see if they have a way to look at the amp, the number is 1-800-377-7655. I'm not sure if you have contacted them already.
    Regards, Ken
