Cool New system have some questions

I HAVE RECENTLY PURCHASED A NEW SYSTEM
    Receiver: Onkyo tx-nr 828
    Speakers: Rtia7, csia6, f/xia6, tsi 100 & bic-acoustech pl-200
    Zone 2: Tsi 100 & psw 108
I HAVE A FEW QUESTIONS TO THROW OUT THERE.
    1) I KEEP GETTING A STATIC CLICK ONCE AND A WHILE DURING A BIG ACTION SEEN FROM THE FRONT SPEAKERS (C,L,R ) ? ( I HAVE DIRECT TV AND HAVE YET TO HEAR IT DURING A BLUE-RAY BUT VOLUME ONLY HAS TO BE TURNED UP HALF AS MUCH WITH THE BLUE-RAY )
    2) I FEEL AS IF I SHOULD PURCHASE AN AMP TO RUN THE FRONT SPEAKERS AND WOULD THIS BE A BIG HELP? OR ONE TO RUN MORE SPEAKERS
    3) I HAVE RAN 14GA WIRE TO ALL SPEAKERS! ( WITH BANANA CLIPS )
    4) MY WIRELESS ROUTER IS RIGHT THERE WITH ALL OF THE EQUIPMENT COULD THIS BE THE PROBLEM?

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

I think your driving a lot of speakers on your AVR. It's rated at 135 wpc, but that's with 2 channels. Add more speakers, channels, and the wpc drops off. In a 7.x configuration you're probably closer to 70 wpc than 135. You have pre-outs, so an amp can be added, wich the front 3 would greatly appreciate. WOuldn't hurt the FXI A6's either if you decide to go with a 5 channel.

I don't think the router is the cause of your static issue. More than likely a cable going bad from the sat box. Could also be you are running all this on the same electrical circuit, without a power conditioner, and getting interferance through your line voltage.

I would start with the cable, add a power conditioner, keep that big knob below -15, and possibly drop down to 5.1. Add a 3 or 5 channel amp,and then take it up to 7 channels.

I'm sure others will have different opinions, and sure you'll hear from them.

Good luck and welcome to Club Polk

I've read others complain about the static clicking with Direct TV as the source, but I don't recall the solution. Do a Google search. An amp is not going to solve that problem.

BTW, please do not use all caps.

    2) Well I have a TX NR 808 and run 2.3tls csia6 and monitor 70's rear when I listen to music LP/CD I run it in 2ch pure audio mode. The poor thing is on almost 10 hours a day everyday and barely gets warm. Maybe I got lucky.

    Thanks for the input!
I checked out some of the things you suggested and found out that the AVR has a bad rt front channel. so im sending it back and going to get a different model. As goes for the power conditioner that is a great idea and I belive it will help out because all of the equipment is on that one circuit.
