    Default Boston Accoustic VR-M60

Would anyone happen to know the matching center for these? I'm interested to know, I picked these up on a whim and can say I'm more than impressed. They are right up with the 9's in SQ, lacking some bass vs. but a bit brighter. Seem to do everything very well, I would even say they blend a bit better with a sub than the 9's. Any comments or thoughts would be appreciated, TIA.

    VR-MC is the ideal center.
VR10 or vr12 will work as well, but they dwarf the m60s

Tony Millard sold me a pair three years ago and I love them. I want another pair or the floor standers with matching center.

Thanks. I'll get my search on. These seem to fit my preferences well, but would have to have a solid center.

I've found finding another pair is easier than finding the matching center.

The VR-MC is the correct match but I was not real impressed with the one I had. 1 active 5.25" and one passive 5.25". I got lucky and found a guy local selling a single VR-M60 so I am now using 5 VR-M60's in my surround system. I love the sound of them, in fact have been using since early 2000 and no real urge to upgrade. I have bought a pair of SDA-1C's since then that I hook up occasionally but really like the Boston's better.

Yeah they sound pretty decent - just no low end. I've wanted a pair since Ultimate Electronics opened up here in the late 90s, but they were $1000/each (2k/pair) and when I was in my teens that was an ungodly amount of money to spend on speakers. Tony Millard made my dream come true (albeit a decade later). I always wanted them, and I finally got them. They're in my 2 channel right now. If I ever find more pairs I will snatch them up.
