Hey, thanks for the Lasagna recipe Diego. I'll give it a whirl. Americans, I should say some not all, are used to the Americanized Italian cooking. Real Italian is very simple with the key being fresh ingredients. You can actually taste those ingredients instead of covering it all up with crap.
