Default Anyone know a Plasma TV repair man?

I've got an Insignia (Samsung) plasma I saved from the dump and I know a board needs to be replaced, I just don't know which. I have some questions but need an experienced hand to help out. Anybody know someone who would be willing to spare 10 minutes of their time?

What are the symptoms? Does it power on at all? Is the image continuous or broken up? Colors funky? Sometimes with a little google searching, you can find more info. At one point, I had a troubleshooting guide for Panasonic Plasmas. Not sure how similar they are, but somethings should be close.

The TV has the constant clicking, but its not a power supply issue I don't think. If I unhook what I think is the Z-board, it powers up. I've taken all boards out and inspected them and nothing is standing out visually. I'll probably end up reaching out to Coppell TV repair.
