I could be wrong, but I think using SDA's with monoblocks is frowned upon as they are NOT common ground by nature.

You can use them but you would need an AI-1/Dreadnaught to do so.
The proverbial rule of thumb is common ground amp or AI-1/Dreadnaught needed with non common ground stereo or monoblock amps.

    I may have an addiction... RTA-15TL, SDA 2, LSi25, LSi15, LSi9, LSi7, LSiCx2, LSiFX, LS/FX, RT/FX, DSW MP2000...and that's just the Polks...

Thanks but what is a AI-1/Dreadnaught?

Ask and sometimes you'll receive. (maybe)

Remember the AI-1/Dreadnought will only work with SDA's with the Pin/Blade inter-connect cable.
