    Default Dumb again

A few days ago I started getting symptoms of bronchitis again. I had it about 6 months ago and my oxygen level dropped 2%, resulting in me losing all common sense and unable to comprehend anything. I'm already noticing the stupidity start to rise again but can't get in to the dr until Wednesday.

Forgive my elevated levels of idiocy for the short time to come. Hopefully I don't fall to cheezy levels...

at least your condition is curable. Others don't have that option!

Quick, go out and buy some new audio toys, blame it on your condition.

    Seriously, hope you get better.

First, go buy a Lamborghini on eBay sight unseen, then go pick up a entry level Sony AVR to replace your tube amps with and then...

Got my best sleep in months and feel better today than I have in a week. They gave me the option between cough medicine w/ or w/out and it took me a minute to decide which I wanted. I opted for the former and glad I did at this point.

PS - I've got nothing but respect for your daughter. She's in her own league.

Do you have a pulse oximeter? They are pretty cheap these days, and good insurance if you've had issues before.

I do not. By the time I made it to the Dr. yesterday, I could tell I had already gotten it all out of the lungs. Still having issues but nowhere near where it was on Monday. My stupidity levels are back to normal, whatever that might mean.

Speaking of stupidity level....I just saw this brilliant nugget of info about speaker building over at the DIY forums. Reminds me of some of the crap Cheezy use to spout on about.

And in addition I would say, if you do use an active crossover, speaker design is childs play. All you need to do is select your choice of drivers and put them in a box and away you go. The only problem is the bass loading. But the mids and tweeter is just plug and play. people try to make it look like speaker design is hard yet there is nothing more to it than that!

Well, at least the OP admits it but the "dumb again" comment means there are times when he isn't.....which is more than we can say for some. No, that's not aimed at anyone in particular.
