Thumbs up I bought a Porsche on ebay without knowing anything about it

Well even though I was advised not to buy any car unseen on ebay I could not help myself. Its a jet black boxster with beautiful tan interior with 58000 miles. I hope this thread turns out okay as the days go on paperwork gets done and it gets shipped out

I hope you have deep pockets as routine maintenance and repairs are VERY high.

Thats what I was thinking when I bought it, but now I am going to buy a neck scarf as skinny jeans alone wont cut it. I want to drive around wearing a burgundy paisley pattern silk smoking jacket with a pipe

Ebay is the best place to pick up a Porsche. Especially sight unseen. Don't send this one to the next buyer instead of the Toyota.

I did the same thing in 2000 (Guards Red 1998 Boxster). It turned out great, with no issues. Just gave the car to my niece a few months ago. Live your life the way you want.

BTW, I put MB Quart QSD-216 speakers in that Boxster running off an Alpine head unit and lots of clean power. Still the best car stereo I've ever had or even heard.

Did it cost more, or less, than a pair of speaker cables?

Jesus man, well I hope it works out for you but in all likely hood you took a huge risk. That may be an understatement too.

CEO of Monsanto ?? Starting to wonder. Don't know too many farmers who drive a Boxster around to feed the hogs.

This means we are one week away from the next "I got screwed, EBay sucks" thread.
Good music, a good source, and good power can make SDA's sing. Tubes make them dance.
