    thats why i contacted Ebay. Why would i write a Negative feedback & hit Positive? They said there was nothing they could do ! I hit Negative button & also Negative stars. Beyond my control-odd they couldnt change it. Its over now & ive had some Positive experiences in the last 3 weeks & more to come. Ive had a overall good experience with the 15-20 sales ive had with Ebay. So 1 doesnt turn me away. Most sellers have been Very Nice. I bought a amp last week & it wasnt described 100% it needs a few things. Seller credited me 20.00. He was happy. Im happy & i had the knob repaired & the missing screw put in. I am honest. So i feel good about it. I offer pictures & video if i ask for a credit. So that way they know im honest. I do think that in SOME cases they know those things are needed.

    For me, it was just the opposite. Some douche left me neg feedback because the receiver I sold him was previously refurbished. The auction photos clearly showed the refurbished label, etc. He got it and had buyers remorse. Tried to extort a lower price, I said send it back (on his dime) and I would refund minus shipping. He didn't like that so he left negative and filed a claim. Even though I was clearly in the right (listing was very descriptive, with lots of photos) and the buyer never claimed that there was any damage or functional problems, Ebay sided the claim with him. They gave him a free return shipping label. I waited 2-weeks and it never came back. The buyer decided to keep it after all that. Eventually Ebay overturned the claim (because he didn't send it back), but they would not remove the wrongful negative feedback from my account. It is still there as an ugly blemish on my otherwise perfect feedback.

    ^^^ no need for BS like that. I would not be happy as a seller--free label?that must be why sellers are getting bigger charges

    Since then, I really haven't sold on Ebay unless it was something that just wouldn't sell elsewhere.
