Yes Charles, that's what half this thread is about right now - complaints on this issue.
Rest assured it's known by Polk and they are working on a solution as we speak as they have said this is a software issue (firmware), not a hardware one.

They are working on this as quick as possible, but I think every day that goes by this becomes more of a lost cause. I have a few more days on my return window for my Polks and honestly, I don't want to take them back as they're amazingly good on the audio.
