Picked up "Indestructible" last weekend by Disturbed. I bought the cd for the 2nd track "Inside the Fire", but I have been listening to the title track repeatedly all week! This is one of the most aggressive songs I've heard since "Judas is Rising" by Priest.:D

Eric Darius - Just Getting Started

I stumbled on this CD a while ago, but first downloaded the mp3's off Itunes. Bought the CD because it seemed like it was mastered pretty well.

My CDP is saying this is an HDCD although the package doesn't mention it. This is a great pop-jazz CD with very nice instrumentation, dynamics and good tunes.

Tinsley Ellis - Moment of Truth
    2007, Alligator ALCD 4916, CD

The Highwayman dishes up a mess of Georgia tinged blues with this offering, penning 10 of 12 cuts himself. 'Storm Warning' has been one of my top rotation albums for years. This has the potential to knock it down a notch.

Only two other blues artists I've seen live are of this caliber: Freddie King and SRV. That's some good company to be in.

Today, I Get Closer with Linda Ronstadt. This is the last album she did before the Nelson Riddle LPs. Its rocker style, and I like it.

Ella's Harold Arlen Songbook. The arrangement on "I've Got a Right to Sing the Blues" is delicious.
