Happy 4th of July weekend everyone!!

This is a favorite artist/album of mine and a real nice slice of "Americana" to celebrate our nations birthday...

Before I start my big Bruce Springsteen fest for the July 4th bash, I thought some James would be fun.

Ran across this at a local music store. The first track, Come Together sounds amazing even though it is a little out there. Here is a link to the track so you can see what I mean. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bJOgaRUBzy4

If someone came in and just read the last page of the thread, it would look like we are a bunch of old foogies .

In keeping with that tradition, I'm ripping my AM Gold Set right now. While listening to some favorites I haven't heard in awhile.

Evening ripping session. Started in on the box set stuff I have. Looks like I have about 80 more CD's to rip and I will be done with the audio CD's and then I can start on the audio books.

Anyway first up on the playlist tonight, is some jazz most of you probably haven't heard of.....
Followed by some New Age, that I haven't heard in a very long time.
