    I have been listening to some of their studio cd's lately, and man what a difference. The live recordings I have sound AMAZING, and the studio stuff sounds like their playing in a box, or another room. I guess I never really "heard" compression before, but if that is what this is...I see why folks search out higher quality recordings.

    I almost can't listen to their studio albums anymore. Good thing I have all these live boots
