"Admiral And Commander", from Battlestar Galactica Season 3 soundtrack. This was derived from an Irish ballad named "Wander My Friends". Celtic with flutes and bagpipes. Plenty of depth, detail and emotion.

I was just listening to "Walls And Bridges" last night (the 2010 remaster (original mix)) and man it sounds good! Also, I was just thinking about Lennon being assasinated earlier this morning and that he was my age when it happened. I was also thinking about his birthday (I didn't remember what day it was)....... and then you posted this Rick. Interesting coincidence. Thanks for the post sir.

Happy Birthday John Lennon! I recently read his biography and the part about his assassination by Chapman is riveting. It says that the witch went back to the recording studio later that night to work on her solo album. I remember I was playing foosball in a bar that night when somebody said, "John Lennon got shot!" I said, Yeah Paul's dead too. I thought it was a joke. Then I looked up at a TV set above the bar and Howard Cosell was talking about it. The whole place was in shock. A true genius. The Beatles put out so much great work, but his solo stuff had its moments also. Working Class Hero is one of the most underrated songs. And Double Fantasy was such a great comeback album.

I was not aware of it until today, but John's son Sean was born on his father's birthday, in 1975...
