Somebody was talking about this on a thread a few days ago, and of course I can't find it now, but I just watched the whole movie on Youtube. I remember my older girl cousin was a Monkees freak when we were kids, so I heard all their albums, until Head. She hated it. So now I watched the movie. I kind of liked it.

Went home sick today....zonked out coughing in the listening spot....friend of mine gave me this to listen to

    Spock's Beard - "V"

Sounds like a mashup of Rush/Genesis/Porcupine Tree/Gentle Giant - in a good way.

H9: If you don't trust what you are hearing, then maybe you need to be less invested in a hobby which all the pleasure comes from listening to music.

Shakey Jake Harris - The Devil's Harmonica. Original vinyl 1972. John Mayall produced. I got this album when I was a record reviewer and loved it. I just pulled it out and listened to it for the first time in several decades. Very good sound quality. Definitely has the Mayall influence. Good Chicago blues harp from Shakey. Magic Slim was his nephew.
