    Default Open invite on Sunday...

This is an invitation extended to anyone within comfortable distance from Newport News, Virginia. If you are curious to hear various gear than my door is open to you! I am going to be meeting some individuals in the up-coming 3 days, and on Sunday someone is coming down to pick up the SDAs.

I have some gear set up for demo. Let me be frank, lifting this gear is not so easy… I don’t intend on doing it again anytime soon. However, while the set-up is as it is, if anyone feels they can manage coming down to my neck of the woods – feel free. Just let me know! I don’t expect many to jump on, due to the location and short-notice. Bear in mind this is all in a bed-room. Here’s a sneak peak of the setup.

I would use the living room. Quite a bit of space there, but alas, there is a woman in the household that would bitch if I start to re-arrange things.

    HBomb,

Obviously the configuration is far from perfect. It is good enough to show what these speakers bring to the table, though none of them are in the "right" position for this room.

The SDA effect is still there, despite the other speakers. Its hard to take that away from it. The SDA's are by far the most forgiving when it comes to positioning.

I see some LSi 15s, Totems, the SDAs, ... a NAD amp, a Monster powercenter.

Speed Racer bedspread?? or maybe something Mr. Roper from 3's Company lost in the 70's;) :D :D :D

    what are the bookshelves?

How them 15s sound on some real NADs now and what are you using for a source?

    P.:D :D

    Paul,

I couldnt tell you where the sheets came from. I cant remember! Ah well, its better than the Korean Blanket with a tiger.. Oh Damn! I wasn't suppose to say that!

The Bookshelves are Paradigm Titan V3's.

The source will be the suprising Panasonic RP 56.

The 15's sound good, very good. The Sony digital controlled them much better though. Still very nice.

    Sean
