A few more questions???

Thanks everyone so far for all you quick anser to help solve my probs. I got my MM2124 12" and my C.300.2 amp installed this evening and it pounds outta control. I noticed my headlights dimming alot. Should i get a better battery??? I heard Optima is great. Also what does a CAP do??? And if i get one, which brand and size farad??? thanks alot

Do that...better battery under hood and if still dimming...get a second battery or a HO alternator.

when you get all that fixed..and you have no more dimming...then add a cap to filter the a/c line to your amp ;)

lol...thats a good question...
positive battery -> alternator
negative battery -> chassis/frame
engine block -> chassis/frame
my bad...
magic 3...
better battery
cap
additional battery
aftermarket alternator
thats what i would do in that order
if it stops after replacing those 3 wires then you dont need to do any of the other stuff and so on
