    Anyone have an idea how far the hotel is from the train station? I may take the amtrak up from Baltimore on one of these days (maybe Saturday).

    Hey John:

    I believe it will be about a 10-12 block walk for you--not sure if you will be coming into Gand Central Station (42nd Street) or Penn Station (34th Street)...I think AmTrak comes into Grand Central.
