    Default Need sub advice

Hi, I need subwoofer advice. I’ve set my Rti8’s up in my master bedroom which is 16 X 12 with about 8 foot ceilings. I was going to see about going to CC and trading in the Polk PSW202 I bought for $99.99 a few months ago, for maybe a PSW303 or PSW404. Any advice? I’m just not getting the bass boost I would like from the 202. I’m not a bass hog but would like more bass than the Rti8s with the 202’s gives me, and would like to trade in the 202’s, therefore I would be interested in staying with the Polk line.

By the way, does anyone know if Circuit City is doing away with their Polk subwoofer line? I was just on their website and the only Polk sub they had listed on there was the 202! In fact they only had six subs listed from every brand!!

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me!!

That should work. The larger sub will move more air than the 202.

    ilm,

Given the choices in Polk subs if I were going to upgrade I'd go with the 505 ... whether or not that or other models are available at CC is another issue.
