    He's struck again, on another forum I frequent.

    Bad news for him is this forum has a mod that has connections in the Buffalo PD, which will present this to the FBI under interstate commerce / fraud.

    At the minimum, they can probably place a lein on any property he owns. Maximum, who knows.

    WHAT I NEED YOU TO DO IF YOU GOT BURNED BY SCOTT:

    EMAIL the details to audiokarma@aol.com . Dates, and Dollar amounts, methods of payment and ANY CONTACT INFO - address, phone, etc. If you had email correspondence, or a certain post here - attach the emails / link the posts.

    Don't dilly dally around, get this done ASAP, so the calls can be made.

    I know the address, email and phone number I have to be old so at first I was thinking I would not email that guy. BUT, the more I thought about it I was thinking that if they got him I could fly down and be a character witness for old Scott. It would certainly be worth whatever it costs! :)

    You know who probably knows everything there is to know about where Scott Trigg is and what he is doing? rskarvan, his buddy. That guy went the distance for Scott and kissed his butt from the time he started to rip people off untill the time he got booted from polk. Of course the tune changed after Scott got booted. He stood up for Scott in every post I know of where he ripped people off. At the end, no, but through the whole process before everyone figured it out, yes.

    I know nothing of Scott Trigg other than I purchased a set of Monitor 10's from him.

    Anyway, now that I've seen his true colours, I'm no longer a fan of old wangotango.

    My friend is going through the exact same thing but with ebay.... He spent like 500 bucks on a bike and hasn't got it yet (its been about 2 and a half weeks since the guy "sent" the bike). Why does someone always have to wreck it for everyone... friggin annoying.

    Stopped in for a quick visit...

    This wouldn't be the same Scott who got banned by Mike & me a few years ago on our site because he started in on a line of BS equipment deals would it??? We banned a Scott and he rejoined under another name only to be found out and banned again.

    I wish I kept the e-mail's from that SOB and I would send them to AK. He was trying to sell some stuff on another board I was on and I warned the other members. Of course I received a nasty e-mail from Scott cussing me about interfering with his business. I will e-mail AK my experience with him. Hopefully he will be prosecuted this time.

    As I understand it, Tentoze is the only person to come forward with info on bad deals with that POS Scott Trigg. Since then the POS was feeling the heat and sent the speakers in question. There are people who have done a lot of work to be in a position to take legal action against the POS, but they need to hear from other people that have been burned by that POS Scott Trigg, so come foward and speak up!

    I caught him BEFORE he could beat me out of the money, by putting a stop payment on the check I sent. I did lose $20 for that fee.

    If he HAD in fact been able to commit a crime against me, I'd be all over him legally with everybody else. F1nut is right about chipping in if you can. I have known those AK guys for a long time now, and they did a **** load more after ONE INFRACTION, than Polk did after all these escapades. Sad but true. Hell, I even chased him OFF that other site the first time he showed up there about a year or two ago. They banned him immediately on what I said about his dealings here. They didn't wait for anybody to get burnt. To be truthful, that's one of the reasons I started really hanging out at AK, and less here. Then after awhile I told Russ about it and it went downhill.

    So you get the idea. Those guys did some legwork for EVERYBODY the way I see it.

    I also strongly encourage anyone who has been legally wronged by this puke to pony up and be part of the solution. As it turned out, in my case he caved in, so all I have is a disreputable seller to complain about. If you have something that The Man can take to this creep, please use the link posted above to provide details. We have the power here, NOT Snott Pigg.
