To all the Fathers out there, wishing you the best on this day. At the end of the day, the most important thing is what you come home to and that is your family. Although I am not a father myself, I do appreciate this day and the opportunities my father has allowed me to harvest.President Calvin Coolidge, in 1924, supported the idea of a national Father's Day. Then in 1966 President Lyndon Johnson signed a presidential proclamation declaring the 3rd Sunday of June as Father's Day.
