Question Dont want to spend $1,000 on Amps, Which system is better?

I want a good system. But for now I want to spend the least money possible driving it. Which of the 4 systems listed below would be easiest to drive and provide the best sound?

    System A:
    -2 LSi9's and a Sub
    then later
    -2 LSiFX's
    -1 LSiC

    System B:
    -2 RTi150's
    then later
    -2 FXi5's
    -1 CSi5
    -Maybe a sub

    System C:
Same as System A but with LSi7's

    System D:
Same as System B but with RTi12's (Will probably sound the same)

    Thanks:D

AJM I can tell you from personal experience that either the 150s or 12 will require seperate power amps just as much if not more so than the LSIs will if they are set to "large"or full range (as they should be). However, a receiver will have a much better chance at powering a whole ensemble of RTis than 4 ohm LSis

What will you be using them for? If mostly movies and/or rock/pop music, then I vote for the RTis. If mostly for classical music, jazz, opera, etc., then I vote LSi.

I know it's cliche, but you have to listen to them both and decide for yourself though

if you dont have bread for amplification, smaller RTi's and a sub might be a better bet

maybe RTi6 and a sub or the RTi8 and a sub or the older equivelents like the RT70 floorstander

Do they sound as good? :(
If I had to buy a receiver and an amp could you guys recommend the cheapest possible solution that would still sound good?
