Thumbs up Some new gear on the way

I am caught in the stage of waiting for all this new equipment to arrive - each day passes by unbearably slowely, so now my recourse is to open myself up to criticism and blab out whats coming in...

    E-mu 1212m Sound-Card
    Jolida JD301A Integrated Tube/SS amp.
    Audio Note AX-TWO speakers

Man - these days are creeping by so slow...

edit: Will be ringing in this new gear with a new album: Nightwish - Once

    Sid,

As much as necessary. I have a gut feeling that this system will be "stupid" good. Hopefully that gut feeling is right on .

The Audio Notes are a two way bookshelf speaker. I've showed you pics of them, so you know what they are.

Awesome. Show us pics when the new toys arrive.

Which model Jolida did you buy?

**** dude. How's the new Nightwish? I purchased the 'Nemo' single and it's f#cking killer! Amazing production too. Tarja's voice is amazing. Did you pick up their 'Century Child' and 'Wishmaster' albums? I already got my ticket for the show on August 16. You should check to see if they're coming to your city. Tickets are selling quite fast. The show in Montreal is already sold out.

You MUST check out Kamelot. They're just like Nightwish with a male vocalist. His voice is very smoooooth and dreamy. Just like Tarja.

Sorry man. I'm very tired right now and somehow missed the model #. I worked my ass off yesterday and today. Yesterday was the lesbian parade and today was the pride parade. Both happened on the main street of downtown Toronto and that's where I work. Customers were coming in non-stop from open till close.

Are the new speakers going into your reference rig?

LOL:D! I ONLY like his voice. Sounds great on tubes:). If you decide to get them, try out 'The Fourth Legacy' or 'Karma' albums first. You can get samples here.... http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...glance&s=music

Since you've only heard Nightwish's first album, you will be VERY impressed with the new ones and anything after their debut.

    Maurice,

Lesbian day. Tell me, any hot ones. If so, did you see anything that stands out in your mind?

This system will be for my computer rig.

Thank you for pointing out the link. I cant wait for this all to come in. Like a kid at Christmas, I tell ya...

Now get your butt to bed as well, before you suffer Sids fate.

ROTFLMFAO:D:D:D. There's no way I'm going to bed. It's 2am and time to toke up:D. I got back from work around 1am and I stay up until 7am.

Some of the girls were hot but most were the 'tough' looking ones. Nothing really stood out. I prefer to go to Brass Rail whenever I feel like I need to treat myself. Toronto's most high class strip club located right across the street from my workplace:) VERY satisfying lap dances.
