RM7200 Calibration

I'm just a newbie to AV stuff. What tool(s) would you recommend for basic calibration of my RM7200? Again, I'm just a newbie, I need something that's easy to use/navigate. Thanks!!

Hook main left and right speakers outputs from receiver to speaker wire binding posts inputs on sub. Run speaker wire binding posts outputs on sub to corresponding main left and right channel speakers. Use set up menu on receiver to subwoofer no (or off), main speakers large.

Hi Marker, that's the way I have the speakers setup already. I'm going to use Avia DVD to fine tune the setup. Thanks.
