Going rate is a fair piece north of $2000 for the Polks you, and most others here, lust after.
Maybe, just maybe, if:
- you make 1000's of posts here, patiently helping every newbie that arrives with the same questions you've answered dozens of times before;
- entertain the masses with wit and charm and links to really funny stuff; and
- demonstrate a propensity for passing on outstanding deals to fellow forum folk...
... then perhaps some fellow Member, caught in a weak moment, might deem you worthy of such a deal.

Almost called the guy up on the pair in Memphis just to go listen to them since I've never actually heard them. I was trying to buy my LSi's at that time and didn't know much about the vintage Polks.
