Yup, Lott would definately be up near the top. I still gotta go with A****er for just that one play... :D
Of course the REAL LT should win, but then I curse him for making us listen to Joe Theisman for more years than anyone should endure.
There is no genuine justice in any scheme of feeding and coddling the loafer whose only ponderable energies are devoted wholly to reproduction. Nine-tenths of the rights he bellows for are really privileges and he does nothing to deserve them. We not only acquired a vast population of morons, we have inculcated all morons, old or young, with the doctrine that the decent and industrious people of the country are bound to support them for all time.-Menkin
Yep Steve would surely knock the numbers of your jersey! He was my second pick.![]()

Mike Singletary was pretty tough hitter.
Definitely Lott. And he would be considered one of the tuffest players ever, considering he had his finger cut off so that he wouldn't miss his next game!!!
Do offensive players count? Two running backs come to mind; Earl Campbell and Walter Payton.
The one thing that comes to mind was during the Philly/Giants game earlier in the year, Eli Manning got some mop up time since they sucked. He was running across the field and the Eagles defender was running the opposite way and really nailed him hard. Eli never saw it... serves him right for whining so much.
Nitchkie or Butkus take your pick
