    Question What are 2.3TL's worth?

I finally might have found someone willing to sell some.
Tour, Bluespicker, Jesse, anyone in the know as to how much these should go for?

    thanks,

    -Luc

Pretty nice, they have better bass than my CRS+'s (duh!)
    I like them.

    Luc,

IMO they are worth far more than they usually sell for, so buy them and don't look back.

Amen to that. Personally, I don't see why the big gap between what the 2.3's go for as opposed to the almost obscene prices that I've seen 1.2's go for.

    Thumbs up Thanks guys!

They sound pretty good in description, and he is the orig. owner.
He will send me some photos tonight. And it would be about the same distance I drove to get the 1C's.
I did have my heart set on some 1.2's but what the hey, I'm sure these would be pretty sweet,
and like you both said, a higher value to price % than the 1.2's

I like win win situations :)

    luc,
I've no records of any 2.3 tl's selling on ebay other than a pair offered by an old "friend" of this forum "littlebaby" (look up wangotango and you'll see why the quotes are there) that went for $900 without IC and grills...

A couple other listings either did not meet various reserves or were pulled as they were "no longer available".

Audiogon's average is $820 per pair, but no telling how many sales, what condition, whether the IC was included, original boxes, etc...

Bottom line... Pretty much in line with hoosier's take, maybe a tad lower... say a grand +/- $200 seems reasonable...

    Good Luck...
    More later,
    Tour...

    Hello,
If you own a pair of these beauties, and the time has come to sell them, and you want to see them go to someone who will treasure them as you have, please let me know.
I am looking for the SRS 1.2, 1.2tl speakers.
    Not the SDA SRS (4ohm).

    I'm a loyal Polk Fan.
I will pay a fair price, and I'm willing to travel,
(within 750 +/- miles) from San Jose Ca. to pick them up.

    Thank you!

Just FYI: I paid $1,200.00 plus shipping for my 2.3TLs in 01/04. They are worth every penny and then some.

    Good luck.
