    Default Klipsch KG-4's

These are in very nice condition, with all drivers and surrounds intact. Cabinets have no scratches, but one barely perceptible watermark or stain on the top of one. It may not even be that, as it is not round as these marks usually are.

Local pick-up only here in South Jersey for $150.

SOLD as of 16 minutes after posting them for sale, to the man soon to be living in a cardboard refrigerator box.

I'm growing weary of selling you stuff.

ADS L730's. Klipsch KG-4's. You're going to need a bigger boat.

Well folks, I guess that's that. Thanks Doro.

I forgot to mention, these are the pink ones, not the black or walnut or oak.

They're either walnut or oak, I'm no woodsman.

Speakers are where it's at for me, where I have most of my audio fun.

Mark is turning into a real 'speaker guy'. I like that.

I like vintage speakers very much, as they most often are much better than the current run of the mill garbage. I'm tubed up, so why not give K another chance. I am familiar with these and the KG2, so it should be kinda cool.

If someone gets stuck on Polk's alone, I feel sorry for them as there are so many good things to be found.

Thanks George, my wife will be thrilled.

haha; that's the pic I just found on the web

They sound pretty interesting with two 8" forward firing woofers and a 12" passive cone out back; not sure I've heard of a set-up like this before. Goes down to 38Hz, though; can't be too bad.

You got it Doro, these were made for tubes.

    Hey Audiobliss,

I feel it is an official "Blow It Out Your Ass" cone. Others call them passive radiators.

38Hz, is that all? I've heard them many times over the years and always thought they were bass heavy, but maybe it's pumped up mid bass. Anyway, it'll be good to hear them on some nice tube gear at Crazy Doro's.

Pick-up? Thought for sure you'd be delivering the pink Klipsch so you could add another Club wife to your collection...

With the front end doro's amassed, what's left but to "spin" speakers? Did not know you had tubes in the house though, Mark...

Good one, however, I am not accepting applications at this time.

I would have thought that the fact I brought a tube pre-amp to the Polkfest would have been a dead giveaway...among countless other obvious clues.

Tube amp? Maybe, but it's nowhere close to a priority. I'll run with the SS Hog I have now for some time.

He tells me it's been there for almost 50 years with the best soft serve in the state, supposed to be a staple if you live in Jersey. His brudda Bruse runs da place. No big deal, just seeing if you heard of it. I'm sure there's allot restraunts in my town I never get around to.

Never heard of it, but it could be a North Jersey item. That is a whole different planet from where I reside down here in the south/central part of the state.

Extremely lactose intolerant here anyhoo, so I wouldn't be a player no matter what.

Extremely different planet is right! I'm all for everything south of Trenton seceeding from everything north of Trenton!

Know how much our insurance rates and overall tax situation would improve? The hell with them northerners! They give Jersey a bad name anyhow!

    John,

There actually was a movement for secession about 20 years ago.

You need to be a local pick-up guy. I have a LOT of stuff right now. It's gotta go man. Say hi to Mrs. Stasny for me.

Either PM or e-mail me your new home address and phone. How about the e-mail address, is it the same?

    George
