Advice on setup....

I am going to be using a employee perk on my next system and was looking at Polk/MOMO system.

I was thinking.....

2x 12" Subs MM124 ($100 ea.)

and pushing them

2x C500.1 Amps ($186 ea.)
or
2x C300.2 Amps ($158 ea.)

What amps do you think I should use the mono or regular? and you think I can do any better for the prices? I probally could find good deals but I am liking this one for the price.....

The MM124 are great subs, excellent choice and a smokin' price.

Those are rated at 500 rms and with Polk subs you dont want to go over their rating. So the ideal setup would be to go with a 300.2 on each one. That would be 450 rms going to each which would be perfect.

If you went with a 500.1 youd only be getting 250 to each unless you ran both off of a single amp in which case youd be getting about 300.

For those prices you couldnt do any better if you tried so do it right and get a 300.2 per sub then get the MMC6500 for your mids/highs and bi-amp them with a 400.2 and youre all set!

Yep the mids and highs are signed sealed and ready to be delivered.

Going with a pair of MMC6500 and a pair of MMC650 all amped up with the C400.4.

That will work great! Great speakers with the right power. Cant beat that! ;)
