    Default Woofer rub?

I purchased a used set of RTi28s. One of the woofers has a buzzing sound. I took the woofer out and examined it, and determined that the buzzing goes away when I gently press on the cone in specific areas. Possible causes seem to include:

    - The voice coil may be rubbing against the inside of the magnet, possibly due the cone being uncentered in the frame.
    - The voice coil may be loose from the cone assembly.
    - Crud of some sort stuck inside.

Any ideas? Is there any fix for this short of replacing the woofer?

Seems like it's a voice coil problem, buy a new one and be done with it.
