    Default Polk MM6 intermittent mid distortion

    Love the speakers but I am getting intermittent distortion and outages from the woofer. It is not the amplifier, nor signal as I have replaced them with my diamond audio components and those play fine. as soon as the woofer from the momos goes back in it starts again after a short time.
    As well it stops the distortion if you press the cone slightly , ie like the coil isnt making contact.

    i need help hook me up.
