Well, I pulled the trigger. Hell this solves 2 problems at once, now I have headphone jacks and a killer DAC. This thing had so many outstanding reviews, that many people can't be wrong; and for the snobs at Stereophile to give it "product of the year" and cost less than $47,000 bucks, thats cool too.
Picked up a Signal Cable digital XLR cable for input. ($39)

Absolutely. I'll burn it in for 3 days and post a review. The more I read about it, the more excited I get. I have yet to read a single negative comment.
