Asking 50% of what I paid. Its a good unit and a good deal for someone that can afford it.

You should take it to Audiogon or Ebay....there is no reason you would in reality be taking a 50% loss....that just defies logic in here, sorry man. Good luck with your sale.

Its priced to sell. But I will go through an escrow service and include a 3 day trial with a 100% refund if the unit is not as I described. However, in this case, the price is $1050 plus shipping to cover the cost of the escrow service.

Way under priced compared to the ones on Audiogon. Somebody can get a good deal here.

well, I am a biased source...since I am selling it..., but I love it. It was driving the LSi line (15's, C, and FX" and the sound was everything I was looking for.

I sold the speakers and now I am down to this and the Cambridge Audio Azur 540D and my ADCOM GTP-830.

I travel for a living now and only get home 3 days a month. I could not justify what I paid against the little time I get to enjoy it.

Just take it to Audiogon, and pay $4 for the listing....what's so hard about that process. If I don't want to lose money on a piece of gear....I simply don't sell it here.

I wouldn't buy your amp, and I love Parasound.

I would suggest an actual pic for your listing on Audiogon.

yeah I'm real skeptical as to why there's no answer to the pic question. Not only an answer but flat out ignoring it 3 times now. Interesting...

I am not at home to take pictures on command as I wrote earlier. My brother took this....

On the other hand, I don't appreciate the mistrust. I have been reading and writing here for over a year and I have never done anyone wrong on this board. I believe the forum to be a friendly place to give and get advise. I guess its dog eat dog in the flea market.

Thanks for the advise Doro, I may just do that....

How did it go from, "perfect condition" to a 7/10?

I read their grading scale. Also, I am considering the fact that I have ZERO feedback there. I wanted to error on the side of caution to ensure good feedback. I believe it to be at least an 8, probably a 9...keeping in mind that Audiogon has 10 being new in box. I may not be as discerning as a potential buyer that will be using that scale.

Notice the price went up? I know its worth more now.

Notice my Screen name at audiogon matches the one I use here and also matches my Email account? hejiraent@hotmail.com

I've read alot of your posts F1, I respect your knowledge and opinions. However, on this subject you are completely off base.

I'm off base??? My first post stated that someone could get a good deal, my second asked you a question about your rating scale. I fail to see anything off base about my posts. I will tell you this, a 7/10 on Audiogon will not get you $1400.00 and actually NEW is the rating for new in the box, 10 is mint. While it's wise to error on the side of caution when rating gear on AG, you might do well to explain your rating in your ad.

Just a quick tip. If you want to advertise a mint perfect 10 you should show pics to back it.

Audiogon is a tough crowd. I sold a pair of ES amps a short while ago, also at a steal of a price which included shipping from overseas. I rated them 9/10 and the guy complained that he found corrosion on the inside, parts changed out, scratches all over the front, and he wanted his money back... calling me a dishonest seller etc. etc.

The guy was nuts and, if you "search", you can see that these were indeed 9/10 as I listed them here first.

After that deal, I have a certain opinion of gon'ers and won't post it here as I don't want to offend anyone.

There's a whole movment of parts switchers on ebay. First became aware of it occurring about a year or so ago when the seller of a dbx 5BX listed in his ad that he had documented the numbering of every circuit board in the unit.

Not surprised they are on audiogon as well...
