Default Annoying buzz in center channel

I posted a couple of problems under the 'Basic hookup/wiring' section with the subject line reading 'Unable to get the .1 out of the 5.1' - I've remedied the lack of bass but basically what I'm now still experiencing is a buzzing sound from the right driver on the center channel at higher volumes. Blown driver? Please let me know what steps I need to take to have this problem serviced. Thank you very much kind sirs!

Connect the center speaker to the L or R main speaker wire and see if the problem is still there.

    Hello Dan,
Thanks for posting on the Forum. The procedure is pretty straight forward, remove the driver from the cabinet (9/64th Allen wrench, I believe) and disconnect the two wires. Box the driver up and send it to Polk Audio, 2550 Britannia Blvd., Suite A, San Diego, CA. 92154. Please include a short note giving us your name, address and a copy of your sales receipt. The service folks will promptly send a replacement.
    Regards, Ken
ps. I tried the telephone number on the v-mail message but didn't get a response.

    Thanks Ken -
I've got dial up at home so that's why I was not available.
As far as a sales receipt, I originally purchased my RTi speakers through Crutchfield, then saw an entire LSi setup for sale on the Polk site. So I now own the LSi's and do not have a 'sales receipt' per se. Anything else I need to do to expedite my repair? Thanks,

    Dan
