What a freakin idiot. I wonder who got the car. If I would have seen the listing I believe I would have had to fly to the UK on the next flight out. Then once there, contact an importer/exporter to have it sent back home. It would still be a hell of a deal after shipping, smogging, and bringing the car up to US safety standards. I'd say, all in all, I would have had about $5000 in it once everything was said and done. Not bad for a Lotus!!

I couldn't find any others. But I did see where the guy who purchased the car gave his feedback. It was pretty generic for someone who was just "given" a damn nice auto. What an *******. He should be down giving her head for that one.

It was in her name, so its her car legally. He's SOL. Unless the laws are different than here.

That's a cold slap to the groin....

She could have easily sold it that quckly at a grand or something and got herself something nice out of the deal.

But that wouldn't have got her point across as well. She wanted to do exactly what you said, but a swift kick instead of a slap. I would have flown to the UK for $5000, to get that car.

Like I said earlier, what a lame feedback. He should have offered to go down on her or something. I know it was a vengeance sale and all, but still...... He's probably one of those " the world owes me" kind of person. The world doesn't owe him a, virtually free, 170 mph sports car.

It just isn't fair, why can't something like that ever happen for me.
