Ok, the question is now, who is interested for their own use, and who is interested in 'bringing these home' to the gathering at Polk HQ in September?
I've got a few guys already that have agreed to pitch in for the 'greater good', and bring these back to Polk HQ to donate.
Cheers,
Russ
Check your lips at the door woman. Shake your hips like battleships. Yeah, all the white girls trip when I sing at Sunday service.
I'm in, but $70 shipping? That guy must be an amateur.
I'm in, so is Doro.
Off chance, is any member nearby for local pickup, that is driving in to the gathering?

I know many including myself would love to "have" them in their collection.
Polk HQ is where they belong, right next to the PA's. I'll pitch in towards bringing them home.
These pictures are part of a tour by a lucky person: http://www.donlindich.com/polk1.html

'Political Correctness'.........defined
"A doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end."
I suggest we edit out what we're chipping in from our posts and email Russ with the amount. It won't be to our benefit if the seller reads this.
Great link... that would be such an awesome tour.
I'm in as well....lemme know what you need.

I ALWAYS use an ass-gasket. Never hover because of splash down and back splatter. I also float landing pad made from TP for a soft landing to avoid the above. One can never be too cautious when dealing with the general public. - RonP

I live on Long Island and depending where this guy lives, it could be a long ride from NYC. If he lives on eastern LI, it could be two hours min from the city (not incl city traffic)
I would be glad to help out with this. However, I am not going to Polkfest so if someone could meet me in NJ, I can do a hand off. I would be coming from LI so if we could arrange a hand off somewhere in northern Jersey that would be great.
Let me know

thats what i figured, even in the slight chance i can not attend (or have to miss the friday, when i assume these things would be given to Polk), i could just pass them to you easily enough, either way, i'd say we have a viable enough chain to get this job done if it comes to it.
