    Default used ADCOM GTP-860

I am asking $500 shipping included, for this 7.1 pre-amp/tuner. It is a year old and includes the remote and the manual. I do not have the original box. The picture in this ad is for reference only. It is not my unit.

It has a few minor superficial scratches from normal use and it works perfectly. Using audiogon scale I would say it is 8/10.

I am the only owner of the unit and I bought it for $1,200, A-stock from Audio Advisor. It has always been in use in a smoke free enviornment.

Dang. Wish I'd seen this a few weeks ago when I was auditioning pre/pros, I'd have jumped on it. I started out with a GTP-740 and always liked the sound of it. I was curious how the 860 sounded. I didn't have an easy way to audition one though.

Are you upgrading? How did/do you like the sound?

Unfortunately I am not upgrading. I am selling off my system. I was very happy with the sound and performance of the 860. It was hooked up to a Parasound A52 driving the LSi line...not to mention dual SVS 16-46 PC+ subs.

The 860 held its own and made negotiating the different sources and Surround formats effortless.

    Default Amp?

Have you sold the Parasound amp? I might consider buying both.

I sold the Parasound on audiogon. I will move this over there in a week or so if I don't get any bites here.

I did a search on ebay and found item 5791240126 to have your exact pic. Is this your auction?
Is the unit still for sale?

I am not the person selling on Ebay. I am borrowing their picture until I can get mine posted. I am in NY and I live in FL.
