    Default fuse question

OK, a bad rectifier tube took out the fuse in my ST70. I'm suppose to replace it with a 3A Slo Blo fuse. I went down to a store today and couldn't find any 3A fuse. Closest was 2.5 but I didn't buy any. I'm going to check some more stores for 3A and my question is, how can I tell if a fuse is Slo Blo or not? I don't see it written on the package.

A slo-blo will have a big ol' honkin' filament and the non-slo-blo has a filament the size of a RCH.

Slo blo looks like it is wound pretty tightly and fast blo looks like a thin string of metal.
