    Default PSW 550- spring clip connectors

    Can someone please explain why Polk is using Spring clip connectors on the 550. It doesn't make sense. The 450 uses binding posts and is cheaper. spring clip connectors should just be outlawed. I hate them. Polk please just gift your remaining stock to Bose they love them.

    Seems alot of their subs have these...too bad...spring loaders suck.

    My PSW150, a $600 sub in its day, also has spring clips. Personally I don't care, because I prefer line level connections.
