Default Did the original RT line have problems?

Having no experience with them, I am curious as to know if the original RT line have problems with their drivers....namely, the woofers delaminating from the surrounds? Anyone run into this issue or other durability/reliability issues? Can it be easily repaired?

    TIA

If they do, those people don't come here to whine.

If they do though, it is a very easy fix...

The original RT line was a GREAT line... period and end.

Yes...I am getting pretty close to finishing my basement and am thinking a 4th Polk system may be in order.....there are some complaints about "bad" drivers making rattling sounds and needing replacement which is $60 each...

I have a pair of RT-20p. I have had to replace the woofers (voice coil problems) & mid-bass - same reason. The amp was also replaced due to poor soldering connections. Polk covered all repairs.

Thanks for the follow up. Yeah, I decided to go in a different direction and got some Onix Rockets instead...of course, not for my basement....My LSi 7s or RTi 100s will go down there....
