A bit early to discuss, but there's another Superman movie on the horizon...due out June 30, 2006.
Directed by X-Men helmsman Bryan Singer (Brett Ratner of 'Rush Hour' fame will be taking over 'X3'), with Kevin Spacey as Lex Luthor, Kate Bosworth as Lois Lane, Frank Langella as Perry White, and even some recycled footage of Marlon Brando as Jor-El! As with the original, they went with an unknown for Superman, opting for soap actor Brandon Routh.
The plot entails a return to earth by Superman after a five-year sabbatical, and an attempt to patch things up with Lois while thwarting the ongoing world-domination schemes of Luthor. Lois has moved on, and she even has a kid, though the father's identity is undisclosed (my guess is that it's Luthor).
I'm a bit trepidatious about this one. Singer has earned a bid of confidence for what he did with the X-Men movies, but unlike X-Men (no movie beforehand), and Chris Nolan's Batman Begins (awful movies beforehand, right from the beginning), the first two Superman flicks were the high water mark from the get-go. But I'll give Singer the benefit of the doubt, as I thought the first X-Men movie was going to be an absolute fiasco, and I ended up liking it quite a bit. Anyway, here's a link to the teaser.

EDIT: The 'teaser' is apparently a fan-made one, but with footage from the film taken from the various video blogs of the continuing production.
