Default Polk RTi100 How do they compare with current Polks?

Saw some for sale and was curious how they compare the current Polk line up.

    Thanks

They dont. Or the past Polks. (They, the RTi100 are not up to par with present or past products in other words.

    All IMO.

Well, they are powered so they are very different than the current line up. My impression is that the current ones have a better sounding tweeter....but they are easy to drive, full sounding speakers that are not finiky. Plunk them down, adjust the bass level, and off you go....I am pretty pleased with mine...I only wish my LSis were so unfiniky...

But hey, as everyone always says here, you should go listen and decide for your self.

I think they sound pretty good. Driven with a Rotel 1080, a good source and good IC & cables, they will beat out a lot of other brand speakers worth a lot more $$. I know people that do not like REL subwoofers but I will be purchasing one. JMO.
