yeah, he's getting old. He pretty spry for his age though. My father passed away in November 04 and I took his dog in (he was our family dog). He was a tubby ball of goo when I got him, I trimmed him down by about 10-15lbs though, so he gets around much better.

For bad arthritis in his hips, he gets around very well, and still runs like a loon when I play fetch with him. He cant cut side to side like he used to though.

I'm going to be an emotional trainwreck when I have to put this dog down, hopefully way in the future,

Here's my two. On the second one, I was trying to get a picture of my cat's silhouette against the window he likes to look out, but I couldn't get the flash to turn off off my camera. So I covered up the flash but a little light still got through, and I wound up getting a picture of him with demon eyes. :)

I know, but that's just the way he is! :D He is extremely energetic, and plays fetch all the time. I wake up sometimes with a bed full of stuff he's brought up to try to get me to throw for him. Pens, balls, bottle caps, you name it.

a couple of my cats are like that, the little white one whose picture I put above has developed an unhealthy fascination with My Carver's. She looks at her reflection, and screws with the speaker wire. I hafta make this stop ASAP!!
