    Default Rm3000 replacement mid needed

    I'm looking for a replacement mid for one of my RM3000 satellites. Part # RD5001-4.
    I e-mailed Polk, and was given the addy to the club. It said there was a Service and Parts location on here. I can't seem to find it. Can anyone help?
