    Unhappy FX-500i tweeter dome crushed

    Howdy - sent an email to Customer Service regarding a replacement tweeter for one in an FX-500i speaker (mid/bass driver side) that was crushed during a move...no response yet. Anyone know if a replacement is available or is it time to start scouring E-bay?

    Any info would be greatly appreciated

    Exclamation Club Polk discount on replacement parts?

    I sent in an e-mail about replacing a crushed tweeter, and the Polk customer service person who responded said, among other things, the following:

    "We also have on our web-site ( www.clubpolk.polkaudio.com) where you can sign on as a Club Polk Member to receive a discount price on Parts and also get 2nd Day shipping at no charge (In USA). Once in Club Polk go to the section called Service & Parts."

    I cannot figure out how to find this "Service & Parts" section of Club Polk. Am I just dense, or did your customer service person give me faulty or incomplete advice, or what? JLP

    The only thing I can find right off is the Support link in the upper right hand corner of the Club Polk website. Then click the "need a part?" under Support in the lower left part of the page. Not seeing anything about a Service and Parts section.
