    Default Interest Check: B&K ST-202

    I have a number of amps that are sitting unused, one being a B&K ST-202.
    150wpc and a very warm sound. I mated it with my Klipschorns and it was fantastic. I also have the Pro 5 Preamp, which isn't a bad little guy.

    I'm sorry, are you selling something, or are you just checking to see if anyone is interested in the fact that you have an amp sitting around?

    Price, condition, pics?? If you haven't already, check out the guidelines / rules for selling...

    I guess I was just looking to see if someone would be interested in it, not to start a bidding war or trying to calculate top price.

    This is common place on other forums, I never understood it. People post "interest checks" then when I say I am interested it is sold. The only reason I could see for a interest check thread instead of a for sale one is to get offers through pm.

    Actually that would be quite the opposite. I tend to hang on to things longer than I should so more than anything I just wanted to place it out there without committment and perhaps someone would say "hey I have been looking for one of these" . I have this issue with separation and my gear. I have issues. I am very serious, just ask my wife what I part with.

    In fact I would like it if the mod could delete this since I am already getting cold feet.

    No I am the second owner and I bought it about 2 years ago. I know that he has one because I sent him some scans of the paperwork mine came with.
