All are good speakers, which sound best to you??

Of the bunch, I'd opt for the Monitor 10's

I''m partial to the RT55s. After that, in order of preference...Model 10, RT600 and R-50. I've never heard the 5JR.

The 5JR is an amazing little speaker. Just upgrade the tweeter and its luscious. Puts out a great amount of bass for its size. I have a pair and the first time I hooked em up, I was shocked at what they could do. They do not compete well however with the RTi6 in terms of detail, so I doubt they would do better than the RT55.

Why are you only looking for older Polk speakers? WHy not something newer?

I loved my MOnitor 10's for rock. They loved the punchy beats, absolutely ate up the kick drum.
