Ok, I'm totally stumped, so maybe you guys can help me out. On Ill Communication (Beastie Boys) there's a sample:

"****, if this gonna be that kinda party, I'm ah stick my dick in the mashed potatoes..."

One of my friends asked about it and I figured some simple googling would solve this, but I can't seem to pin down who it is- Redd Foxx, Richard Pryor, Robin Harris??? Anybody know that quote?

Its not a sample from anyone famous. That's why there is no credit in the liner notes. Its a recording that the Beastie Boys made of some guy telling a joke with the famous "dick in the mashed potatoes" as the punchline. Nobody seems to remember how the original joke goes.
